Description

The Cell Biologics™ ATAC-seq kit is a complete set of optimized reagents that are ideal to generate indexed DNA libraries for ATAC-seq (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing).

The Kit includes Tn5 Transposase and tagmentation reagents, and also library construction reagents (index-primers, enzyme et al), with this kit you can obtain qualified ATAC-Seq library DNA ready to perform sequencing on Illumina sequencer.
